    The room was huge and super comfy. The shower was awesome! I loved chilling at the bar lounge area after walking around all day. Just wish the air conditioning worked better. It got kinda hot at night. Otherwise, a nice stay!

    The location is fantastic, just steps from Wenceslas Square. Breakfast had good options, but it could definitely use more variety. The cleanliness in the room was satisfactory. Staff at the reception were helpful, especially the night porter who assisted with our luggage. The room we were initially assigned had a damp smell, and it took some time before we could switch to a different room. Some of the younger staff at breakfast service could be more attentive. A couple of times, they seemed disinterested in guest requests. Air conditioning was a major letdown. Our room was hot and uncomfortable at night. For a 5-star hotel, I expected better room amenities like coffee facilities, but there were none. The carpets and furnishings looked worn-out as well. It's a mixed bag. Great location and decent breakfast, but serious improvements are needed in room quality and service consistency.

    The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Prague, with access to all historical sites. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included both Czech and international options, catering to every taste. The staff were warm and cute, always ready to assist with any request.

    It has an excellent location. Location being on Wenseslas square, is a very Happening place. It has all the available around you while most of the places of interest from tourist's point of view like Cafe's, Charles bridge, Town hall, concerts etc are within walking distance. Tram & Metro are both available right there.

    Internet Wi Fi signal in my room was a little weak.

    Historic building with unique architectural details.

    The minibar refrigerator was non-functional and was never repaired. The cleaning of the room felt superficial, and I noticed that the blankets weren't replaced regularly. The hair-dryer was installed at an inconvenient height.
